Privacy
The short version
This site does not ask you for anything and does not track you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. You can read every page without giving us anything at all.
Who runs it
Lunaria is operated by LunaLink, a sole trader in Australia.
What the site collects
Nothing you type, because there is nowhere to type anything. The only cookie the site sets is a sign-in cookie for the private admin area, which is used by the people who edit the site and by nobody else.
Like any website, the server keeps a short access log of requests it receives. That log records the IP address the request came from, the page asked for, the time, and the browser’s user-agent string. It exists to keep the site up and to spot abuse, it is not linked to any person, and entries are deleted automatically after about a week.
When auditions open
Lunaria is not signing anyone yet and there is no application form. When one opens it will ask for things like a voice or gameplay clip, a way to contact you, and whatever links you choose to share. That is a real collection of personal information, so this page will be rewritten to describe it properly, and it will say how long material is kept and how to have it deleted, before the form goes live rather than after.
Until then, anything you send informally is held only so somebody can reply to you, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Who else sees it
Nobody. Lunaria does not sell, rent or share personal information, and there is no third-party analytics or advertising on the site. The site runs on a server in Sydney, Australia, operated by LunaLink rather than rented from a platform.
Asking us about your information
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and you do not need a reason. A contact address will be published here before any form opens.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change means the site starts collecting something it did not collect before, that will be said plainly rather than folded into a longer document.
